How your Jira data is stored and deleted
CSV parsing and analysis happen in your browser. Organization storage adds shared imports and delivery history when you sign in and select a project.
What is stored, and why?

When does an import leave the browser?
An import is parsed locally first. When you are signed in with an active project and permission to import, the application also saves its data to that organization. A successful local analysis does not mean the background organization save succeeded: check the save status. Merely creating an account does not upload an existing local dataset.
Delete browser data and organization data separately
Use Clear all local data to remove browser datasets and preferences. This does not delete organization imports. Owners and admins can use Data & imports to delete an import or project data. Owners can delete the organization. Deletion removes live database rows and related records; this application does not manage the provider’s backup retention or promise immediate removal from backups.
Retention and public visibility
Browser data remains until cleared. Stored organization imports remain until deleted; this application does not implement scheduled expiration. Customer Jira records are not published as educational pages or included in the synthetic sample. Organization members and the service operator can access stored records as described in the security page.
Usage analytics and your choices
Product events measure signup, import and first analysis with allowlisted categories. They exclude Jira content, organization names and email addresses. Google Analytics may use browser identifiers; these events should not be described as anonymous. You can opt out on the privacy page. Ads appear on educational content, not in the workspace.
